Some of us may like to eat at night. However, since eating at night causes bloating in your body, you may wake up more nervous in the morning. Therefore, as much as possible, do your eating before your bedtime.

Don’t be a last minute runner

Determine what you will wear and what you need to take the next day. Don’t leave any of your work until the morning. Otherwise, you will have to rush somewhere and look for your belongings in the early hours before you even wake up. This will make you more nervous.

Don’t neglect your breakfast

You may not like breakfast. Or, preparing and eating something in the early hours of the morning may be tiring you. However, breakfast is the key element to start the day fit. If you are in a hurry, you can snack on nuts, dried figs, albeit small ones.

Don’t move fast

Don’t move fast as soon as you get out of bed. Allow time for your body to stretch. Thus, your muscles will be opened and you will feel more comfortable.
