Met Gala tradition

To understand the concept of the new theme, it would be useful to look back a little at the fashion sense of the 70s and 90s. Since weaving looms began to develop at that time, excesses were dominant in fashion. Dresses were usually silk, velvet and satin. Eye-catching tassel details were in the foreground. Lace, ruffles and bows were eye-catching. Hats decorated with feathers were common.
