250 THOUSAND EURO PENALTY CONDITION MONEY
Under the contract, the singer was requested to promote DSM products and services and participate in fashion shoots. In addition to these, it was stated that if one of the parties violates the contract, the other party will pay a penalty fee of 250 thousand euros.

In the hearing held again at the Istanbul Intellectual and Industrial Rights Civil Court, the court ruled that Hadise should pay the penalty clause amount of 250 thousand euros to DSM Group with the highest interest as of 26 November 2012.
