Applications for 2022, the only photography competition for women, started on January 6th. Applications for the race, which was held for the 16th time this year, can be made on the Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik and Turkish Photographic Art Federation (TFSF) website until March 11. The results of the race, in which women reflect their perspectives on life with photo frames, will be announced on 8 April.
Under the consultancy of TFSF, female photographers aged 18 and over can participate in the competition with a maximum of 4 digital color photographs, with the theme “About Life”. 7 thousand TL for the 1st place, 5 thousand TL for the 2nd place, and 3 thousand TL for the 3rd place, while 3 works will be awarded with a thousand TL worth of honorable mention. A reward of 350 TL will be given to the owners of the works whose photographs are exhibited.
More than 23 thousand people have participated with more than 88 thousand photographs to date in Frames from Life through the Eyes of Women, one of the most popular photography competitions in Turkey. While the stand, which has been in the digital environment for 2 years, is planned to open again physically in 2022 depending on the pandemic conditions, it will also continue to meet with photography lovers in the digital environment. The results of the Life Through the Eyes of Women Photography Contest will be published on Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik’s website and at http://www.tfsfonayliyarismalar.org on April 8.
