Her husband, Allen Ludden, designed the three-story beach house in Carmel Valley, California by architect Richard Hicks in the early eighties. However, Ludden passed away shortly after the property, which was built in a village north of Los Angeles and south of San Francisco, was completed in 1981.
The 3,600-square-foot property consists of four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, with a price of $7.95 million. In fact, the couple had paid only $170k for the quarter-acre plot that was vacant at the time.
Spending time in Carmel was one of White’s favorite things to do. The town where the house is located is close to the popular residential areas of many celebrities such as White. On the other hand, the new owner of the house has not been announced yet.
