Displayed by renowned interior photographer Francois Halard at the Olivetti Showroom in Venice, the typewriters were designed by architect Carlo Scarpa. Inspired by the colors and sizes of Olivetti typewriters, the special collection consists of 15 limited edition ‘Cabat’ bags.
Bottega Veneta Creative Director Matthieu Blazy described the project with these words: “My favorite place in Venice, the Olivetti showroom designed by Carlo Scarpa, is truly a masterpiece. It was interesting to draw an analogy between the typewriter and our Cabat bag. This is the first time three Venetian actors have come together for this project”.
