The team started filming by making preparations inside and outside the hospital. When the crew heard interesting sounds from the lower floors of the hospital during the filming, seeing a man with a sledgehammer created moments of fear. It was learned that the man with the sledgehammer caught in the garden of the hospital by the set crew had entered the same hospital before.
