Azerbaijan State Artist Azerin, who is known for the song Çırpınırdı Karadeniz, gave a concert in Ankara’s Keçiören district for the month of Ramadan.
Attracting attention not only with his art but also with his interest in the country’s issues and the messages he gave, Azerin took the stage in the Ramadan Festivals traditionally organized by Ankara Kecioren Municipality during Ramadan.
Azerin sang the most popular folk songs in the event where the Sema show was also held.
Ramadan festivities organized by Keçiören Municipality in Kalaba Town Square have started. Speaking at the opening of the festival, Mayor Turgut Altınok said, “I congratulate the whole Turkish-Islamic world on your Ramadan. I pray to my Lord that the month of Ramadan will bring blessings and beauties to the Turkish nation, the Islamic world and all humanity.”
“What a beautiful fast we fast in Ramadan, our prayers are recited, we have our iftar. May we have a state that enables us to do these in peace. May our country and nation exist forever. President Turgut Altınok presented flowers to Azerin at the end of the concert and thanked him for the works he sang.
