As a result of a study conducted in England, working women who demand a salary increase can demand a 1/3 increase compared to men, while only 1 out of 5 women can get a raise.

In the survey used in the research, more than 16,000 people with a working life were interviewed. In this survey, 40% wanted a salary increase. Of these, only 26% have received a raise at least once, while 13% have never been successful.

18-29 AGE GROUP SATISFIED!

One of the results of the study stated that they are separated by gender after the age of 30. Working people between the ages of 18-29 stated that they do not make any effort to get a raise and are satisfied with their position.
