“We made observations before opening the oven. As a result of our observation, we saw that the region (Paterson) was insufficient in terms of bread and bakery products. We said, ‘Why don’t we make Turkish products here, too,’ and we entered the bagel business with a small mobile counter. My wife and I were kneading the dough and making it into bagels and rolls.
