“We made observations before opening the oven. As a result of our observation, we saw that the region (Paterson) was insufficient in terms of bread and bakery products. We said, ‘Why don’t we make Turkish products here, too,’ and we entered the bagel business with a small mobile counter. My wife and I were kneading the dough and making it into bagels and rolls. Then we tried the Ramazan pide. We got a lot of positive feedback from the environment. We had blessings that we have come this far.”

Taşkın said, “The majority of Muslims in the region where our oven is located. So we will see long queues at our bakery this month. We produce more than 350 thousand pieces of pita in Ramadan,” he said.
