Turkish singer, composer, songwriter, arranger and presenter Orhan Ölmez was born in Antalya on May 1, 1978. He was born in Manavgat, Turkey. Ölmez, who spent his childhood in different parts of Anatolia due to his father’s civil service, settled in the Turgutlu district of Manisa with his mother and brother after his father’s death.
Orhan Ölmez, who studied at the “Ege University State Turkish Music Conservatory” between 1995 and 2000, worked as a baglama player in “TRT İzmir Radio, Turkish Folk Music Chorus” after university.
Orhan Ölmez, who has the ability to play various instruments, made an important debut in 2003 with his first album called “Su Misali”. Afterwards, he released many albums such as I’m Aware of Everything, Damla Drop, Orhan Ölmez, 2+20, Türkü, Man And Woman and Silent Silent.
Ölmez, who was awarded the “Best Fantasy Music Male Artist” award at the “Kral TV Video Music Awards” in 2006, and Cengiz Kurtoğlu as well as Nuray Lighttaş, Ozcan Deniz and Alisan. He gave words and compositions to many artists.
