Famous singer Rafet El Roman was sued for allegedly violating rights by publishing his works named ‘Lügat’ and ‘Yadigar’ without the consent of musician Kerim Neşe Büyükarslan. The court ordered Rafet El Roman to share 20 thousand Euros.

Rafet El Roman, whose voice was admired in the 90’s, is in trouble with the works called ‘Lügat ve Yadigar’, which he introduced to the audience in 2013-2014. Singer Rafet El Roman went to court on the allegation that the works named ‘Lügat’ and ‘Yadigar’, which belonged to Kerim Neşe Büyükarslan, were published without the consent of the famous musician and violated his rights.
