Famous singer Yıldız Tilbe was lynched as a result of her social media account about dogs. Tilbe filed a criminal complaint as a result of these concluded.

Singer and songwriter Yıldız Tilbe was on the agenda of Turkey with her post about dogs on her Twitter page. The famous artist filed a criminal complaint alleging that many comments made after what he said about stray dogs “reached the level of harassment and lynching”.
CLAIMED CRIME
Famous artist Yıldız Tilbe recently shared about stray dogs on her social media account, “Human dies, the animal dies. You die”. Tilbe stated that the reactions after this post she shared reached a great level and she went to the Palace of Justice in Çağlayan with her lawyer Handan Bakbak. Reflecting on the lenses, the singer Tilbe reminded the members of the press that she made some posts on social media after seeing the children who were attacked by dogs.
“LET DOGS BE USEFUL TO PEOPLE”
The famous singer, who went to Çağlayan Courthouse to file a criminal complaint, said, “Then let the children sleep. “Let the old people go to the mosque comfortably in the morning. The villagers are torn to pieces on the way to their fields, let them go comfortably. Let the children play in the parks, let the elderly walk comfortably. If other dogs are being rehabilitated, let them go.” Reminding that there are also those who help the visually impaired among the stray dogs, Tilbe argued that these animals should be made useful to people. Tilbe said, “We all agree with this, but dogs that tear apart, I say again, should be killed. Because they are savages. That’s why I think children are the priority of people in life. I am not an animal enemy, they declared me an animal enemy.”
A journalist directed to the famous singer, “What did you experience after you tweeted?” Tilbe stated that she was insulted a lot and said, “Neither my mother, nor my father, nor my body, nor my personality, nor my art, they left anything. That’s why it was too much for me. Actually, I was going to pass this event, but why should I be insulted so much? Is it because I told you not to tear children, old people, dogs to pieces?” she spoke. After these words of the artist, his lawyer Bakbak said that Tilbe has 4 cats in her house. Bakbak, the lawyer of the famous artist, who is trying to create the perception that he is ‘against animals’, also underlined that he helps stray animals.
“I DECIDED TO FIND MY LEGAL RIGHT”
Stating that she cried for days because she was called a ‘murderer’ and she did not deserve this, Yıldız Tilbe continued her words as follows:
I decided to seek my legal rights. Because these people are trying to question me until my sanity because I said, ‘Let the wild animals be eradicated.’ These are lawyers, too, it’s a shame. So a dog can tear your child apart, your aunt, your mother, your relative. It shouldn’t be like this. We, as sane people living in this country, should come together and find a solution to this. This should be done and everyone should be comfortable, so not everyone is the same, not everyone likes dogs. The man has snakes in his house, do I have to like snakes? I have 4 cats there is someone who gave birth to 5 puppies yesterday. So everyone’s love for animals is different, but human should come first. If there is a human, there is everything, if there is no human there is nothing. We must protect our names, our farmers. Why should a dog tear our grandfathers who went to the mosque to pieces, isn’t it a sin?”

Tilbe’s lawyer Handan Bakbak stated that the famous singer had a serious trauma. Yıldız has 4 cats at home. She is ashamed to say. There is an animal in need of help that he has operated many times. She is our artist known for her humanitarian identity. This process is extremely unfair. I would like to emphasize that everyone should come to their senses. This is a social lynching, aimed at depriving the freedom of working.”
After their statements to the press, Tilbe and Bakbak presented their criminal complaint petition to the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office.
