Silk eyelash application is a process that is applied one by one to the middle of the eyelashes produced from pure silk. It is preferred because it makes the length and thickness of real eyelashes, which have become very popular in the last few years, appear more lush. These artificial silk eyelashes, which are made of silk, are adhered to the real eyelashes on the upper eyelid one by one with a special medical adhesive. The thickness and length of the silk eyelashes are determined according to the eye structure of the person and sometimes depending on the request of the person. The application takes about 1.5-2 hours. Our eyelashes are shed 1 by 2 every day in 2-3 month cycles, leaving their place to new eyelashes. These special eyelashes, which are added to each eyelash depending on the system, are also shed together with those in this natural shedding phase. Our silk eyelashes are also shed only in this state. In monthly care, we do not reduce the area by adding young eyelashes instead of spilled eyelashes.

What should be considered by those who have silk eyelashes

Make-up residues on the face are cleaned with a delicate make-up remover before silk eyelash application. The glue to be used on the bases of the eyelashes should be free from oily skin. You should not rub your eyelashes within 48 hours before the application of silk eyelashes, do not apply curling apparatus and eyelash perm. Eyes should remain closed throughout the application. To avoid exposure to high heat and heavy humidity, solarium, sauna and steam bath should be avoided for 48 hours after silk eyelash application. Mascara should not be used after the application so that the adhesive on the eyelash bases does not lose its effect in a short time. After reapplication, care should be taken in the cleanliness of the eyelash areas. Oil-based cleansers, make-up remover creams or eye creams should not be applied close to the base of the eyelashes.
