The movie shot under the co -production of TRT, was held in Helsinki. He was awarded the Best Cinematography and Best Costume Design awards at the festival. The cinematographer of the film, whose international name is In My Dream, was shot in Bolu, Ankara and Istanbul, was Durmuş Sorkut and the costume designer was Ebru Tunçoktay.
The first Turkish film to compete in the Scandinavian International Film Festival, ‘I Dreamed a Dream’ took its place among the most ambitious films made recently.

In I Dreamed a Dream, which was one of the finalists of Bosphorus Film Lab at the Bosphorus Film Festival held in 2018 and returned from Malatya Film Festival with “TRT Pre-Purchase Production Support” in the same year, the youth of and NGOs child actors who have no acting experience before.

Focusing on the experiences of nine-year- old Tarık after a traffic accident, A Dream This is the plot of the movie I Dreamed:
“Tarık, whose father died in the accident and his mother fell into a coma, suffers from memory loss. His connection with his past is only symbolic dreams. He uses it as a means of holding on to life. Meanwhile, Tarık is trying to keep a colt alive, whose mother died.”
