The works of the world famous Spanish painter Salvador Dali were converted into NFT and offered for sale.
Salvador Dali, who lived between 1904-1989, is one of the most important painters in the history of art. The works of the famous painter, who left his mark on every period with his surrealist works, were converted into NFT and put up for sale on April 13.
According to Independent Turkish’s report; Dali Universe, which has one of the largest private collections of the famous artist, and Artscapy, the art collection platform, consolidated their strength for NFTs. NFTs include original work of eight statues such as Lady Godiva, while NFTs will sell for over £25.
Dali Universe emphasized that their aim in doing this is to reach new collectors through NFTs and provide a new opportunity for those who wish to purchase the artist’s work. Expressing that they are honored to publish Dali’s first NFT collection, the founders of Artscapy, Alessandro and Emilia De Stasio, said, “We are determined to preserve Dali’s artistic legacy and to bring his work to new people.”
