We have a few words to say to the smug men who invite Ukrainian women refugees to “come to us” on social media, smiling with the “rapist Coşkun” manner:
Social media with a sexist approach aimed at women who had to flee the war and become refugees It is a heartbreaking situation to live in the same geography as those who wrote their messages.
Ukrainian ladies are nice yes. Yes, we are a nation that does not lose its humor even in all kinds of disasters. Yes, we bring humor and social reality together with a clever way out of every bad event. But today’s jokes contain neither humor nor intelligence. There is blindness. There is ignorance. There is incompetence. There is incomprehension.
Being “forced to leave one’s homeland” should not be as easy as it is written. To break from your bonds. Change of layout. Losing all the gains that have been made so far. Watching their souls die. Not knowing what will happen.
On the one hand, a people whose country is about to lose its freedom; women who have probably lost their relatives; women who had to leave their spouses, loved ones, and the land they live in; Women who have survived strong journeys, leaving their past and future plans behind with all kinds of difficulties… They are walking with their babies in their arms, the hands of their little children that they hold tightly in their hands…
Those who laugh at the social media deer without feeling their pain are blind.
You may lack empathy, but what you’re doing is hitting values below the waist.
“Below the waist” is actually the work of the incompetent.

There’s even this: If people underline something a lot, they are actually bringing into language a feature that they really want to have in themselves, that they care about but that they don’t actually have.
This is how they give themselves away when trying to humiliate Ukrainian women.
Those who made that social media moose made themselves obvious, yes. But what about the educated, experienced people who spit blood in the middle of the line?
People want to say, “Hey, your lowness…”.
